MAIN JOB TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div><ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms to ensure their smooth operation</li><li>Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed</li><li>Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such enquiries</li><li>Prepares and analyzes various reports for management and clients</li><li>Receiving and transmitting orders over the phone and ensure the receipt of client orders and their transmission to the counterparty in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Continuously monitor the status of orders until the client receives the official confirmation of the execution.</li><li>Make sure all client orders are treated with confidentiality and ensure the provision of equal and fair treatment for all clients</li><li>Recordkeeping of the department</li><li>To be in position to provide the clients with information with regards to real-time market prices of financial instruments and ensure a highly competitive pricing on securities with low commission fees on all orders</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:<div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div><ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>University/College Graduate</li><li>Holder of CySEC Basic or Advance Certificate preferred</li><li>2 years’ experience with a CIF (Forex) or an EU regulated Broker</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the MT4 Platform</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li><li>Professional knowledge of a second language will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pres</li></ul>
