Our firm is seeking a transactional lawyer to join our Commercial and Corporate Department.&nbsp;The ideal candidate will:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Exhibit technical proficiency and a commitment to providing accurate, practical, and client-focused solutions and strategic representation.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Possess the ability to research and apply their technical knowledge to various areas of law, including corporate and m&amp;a, banking, finance and property transactions.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and deliver tailored legal advice that helps clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Academic qualifications:&nbsp;Law degree (holding any further qualification such as the LPC will be considered an advantage).</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Professional qualification:&nbsp;Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">PQE:&nbsp;At least 2 years post-qualification transactional experience.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Language skills:&nbsp;Fluency in both English and Greek.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">IT skills:&nbsp;Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet.</li></ul>RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience. &nbsp;ApplicationInterested persons should send their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@lawllt.com">info@lawllt.com</a> &nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.&nbsp;
