Responsibilities:Bookkeeping and Month Closure:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (InteliSoft).</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ensure timely recording of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other relevant entries.</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Conduct regular reviews of ledgers to identify and rectify discrepancies.</li></ul>Preparation of Reconciliations:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Perform reconciliation of creditors to ensure that all outstanding payables are properly accounted for and resolved.</li></ul>Issuing Invoices and Receipts:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Record and track all issued invoices and receipts for future reference.</li></ul>Payments:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Participate in the payment process of the Company’s creditors.</li></ul>Compliance:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Assist in documentation for audits.</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">VAT Preparation and submission on VAT</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position.</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">Excellent knowledge of at least one accounting software: Intelisoft is preferable.</li><li style="background-color:white;tab-stops:list .5in;">University degree in accounting or Finance will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>General:<div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div>Please send your cv to email address: <a href="mailto:info@vertetblanc.com.cy">info@vertetblanc.com.cy</a>&nbsp;
