Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Issuing and settlement of invoices.</li><li>Organizing and maintaining office files, records and databases.</li><li>Bookkeeping of transactions.</li><li>Maintaining proper books and records.</li><li>Preparation and submission of VAT returns, VIES and other VAT issues.</li><li>Reporting results of work performed to Director / Manager.</li><li>Preparation of Reconciliations of banks, receivables and payables.</li><li>Execution of online payments.</li></ul>Other-to be considered as advantageous<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Preparation of payroll and social contributions payments / compliance.</li><li>Preparation of personal tax returns (income / defence tax).</li><li>Communication with auditors on issues related to audit.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or LCCI Higher Diploma.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar role .</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, World).</li><li>Knowledge of an accounting software program will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and writing.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Team spirit, enthusiastic and positive attitude.</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance.</li><li>Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.</li></ul>&nbsp;Package &amp; Benefits<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>21 days of paid annual holidays.</li><li>On-the-Job training and career growth.</li><li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li><li>Convenient office location.</li><li>Working hours Monday to Thursday 08:00-13:00 &amp; 14:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-13:00 &amp; 14:00-16:00.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to: <a href="mailto:elina@landaslaw.com">elina@landaslaw.com</a>&nbsp;
