Aelia Wellness Retreat is a boutique hotel – wellness centre with a restaurant, spa, gym and many other services.&nbsp;Duties&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior</li><li>Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment &nbsp;on a scheduled basis</li><li>Moves furniture and equipment to clean areas</li><li>Set up Event Areas with Tables, Chairs and Buffets</li><li>May remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls and floors</li><li>Maintains both the interior and exterior of the hotel, including painting, cleaning, &nbsp;repairs and additions</li><li>Schedules repairs and maintenance with the General Manager as to not interfere &nbsp;with hotel operations</li><li>Be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate &nbsp;procedures</li><li>Follow Preventative Maintenance schedule for cleanliness, condition and safety &nbsp;of property</li><li>Proactively maintain assigned areas and equipment</li><li>Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner </li><li>Attend and participate in all mandatory trainings</li><li>Flexible with schedule and assignments</li><li>Maintain effective performance under pressure</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely reports as required</li><li>May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 2 Years previous experience in the hotel industry</li><li>Friendly, conscientious &amp; have a positive attitude</li><li>Valid legal visa and provision of all necessary legal documentation.</li><li>A good communicator</li></ul>&nbsp;Please send your CV at <a href="mailto:a.gm@aeliawellness.com.cy">a.gm@aeliawellness.com.cy</a> &nbsp;Aelia Wellness Retreat150 Grigoriou Afxentiou Tseri - Analiontas Nicosia 2641 – Cyprus<a href="http://aeliawellness.com.cy">http://aeliawellness.com.cy</a>
