This position entails comprehensive oversight and management of all financial operations. This role requires a seasoned finance leader who is capable of navigating complex regulatory environments, driving financial strategy, and ensuring sound financial practices across all our global entities. Reporting directly to the Deputy CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding financial policies, procedures and ensuring compliance on an international scale. &nbsp;Your role at HFM:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive global finance and accounting strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.</li><li>Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple regions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead and mentor a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage risk assessment, internal controls, and audit processes to safeguard company assets and optimise financial performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to support new initiatives, expansion strategies, and market opportunities.</li><li>Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>BA/BSc in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
