You will be responsible and will have the following duties:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Recording financial transactions in the accounting system for group companies</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Carrying out daily accounting tasks, including invoicing</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Managing collection processes through internal coordination and client follow-ups</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Liaising with suppliers and processing bank payments</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Scanning and filing of documents according to department needs</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Supporting other team members with administrative tasks</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisorABOUT YOU</li><li>You will need the following:</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Academic or professional background in Accounting or other relevant field.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong administrative and organisational skills.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Organisational skills, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.&nbsp;SALARY AND EMOLUMENTSThe firm offers a remuneration package based on experience, along with a pleasant working environment.To apply&nbsp;for this job opportunity, send your CV&nbsp;at the email <a href="mailto:info@soteriou.law">info@soteriou.law</a>.&nbsp;</li></ul>
