Key Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:24px;"><li>Plan, design and manage all hotel departments with major target the guests’ satisfaction through consistent operations&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure exceptional guest service through effective communication.</li><li>Collaborate on a regular basis with the BOD as well as the group managers of sales and Marketing, chief accounts, Human Resources to ensure accurate planning and budget implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor with department heads the financial performance, based on forecasting, and cost control as well as consistent</li><li>Participates in collaboration the HR department for staff selection, onboarding and offboarding procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures</li><li>Welcomes and meets guests and assures their needs and expectations are exceeded during their stay.
