In this role you will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders and (internal) customers, &nbsp;You will be part of the team that &nbsp;supports, designs, develops and maintains our custom and core products. As a business analyst you will be involved in the full scope of the product lifecycle; from writing requirements, defining solutions to setting best practice to using your product expertise in interactions with stakeholders. You have a keen eye for efficiency gains, love to learn, an affinity for technology and care deeply for what and how you deliver.In our growing organization you will have the opportunity to work on projects in group as well as at times&nbsp; take complete ownership.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns and document processes and solutions</li><li>Liaise with other ISX Financial teams to gather requirements for new features and change requests.</li><li>Create internal and customer facing product documentation</li><li>Create and design specifications as requested</li><li>Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements​</li><li>Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts</li><li>Create and develop functional and non-functional requirements of systems to improve quality, performances, external interfaces, and constraints</li><li>Collaborate with engineers on detailed requirements, work estimation and planning.</li><li>Ensure that projects are in line with our strategy and meet customer expectations</li><li>Ensure that the handover between the different phases of the product lifecycle are done successfully.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>2-3+ years experience as a Business Analyst</li><li>Strong experience in creating functional and non-functional requirements in specification documents</li><li>Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus</li><li>Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills</li><li>Ability in general business analysis, management, control and ability to support stakeholders through the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation</li><li>Basic project management skills</li><li>Proven ability to analyse, judge different task and apply critical thinking.</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Have good interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Private health insurance plan fully sponsored by the company from day one</li><li>21 days of Annual Leave (reaching up to 30 days)</li><li>Birthday leave</li><li>Happy hour with drinks and snacks every Friday</li><li>Employee Training plans</li><li>Benefits card with exclusive discounts to shops, restaurants, private school etc</li><li>Sports Benefit participation scheme ( Platinum Package)</li><li>Employee Referral bonus</li><li>Internal cafeteria with barista, unlimited snacks, fruits, coffee</li><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Employee wellness application ( mental, financial, nutritional )</li><li>Gaming Corner</li></ul>**Please note that our company works with recruitment agencies on a pre-approved basis only.
