We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently,&nbsp;bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;to join our Development Department.&nbsp;Main tasks and responsibilities:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Organize and manage assigned projects from the ground up to commissioning.</li><li>Monitor key project key parameters, including budget, timeline, and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.</li><li>Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Monitor and facilitate project execution, including project administration, correspondence, and the flow of information and data.</li><li>Attend progress and technical meetings; perform site inspections to resolve issues when they arise.</li><li>Prepare cost estimations and analyses.</li><li>Perform overall quality control of the work (including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.</li><li>Oversee delivery and commissioning processes.</li><li>Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management team.</li><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications</li><li>Manage construction operations on-site, ensuring a successful project completion with time, budget, and quality constraints.</li><li>Conduct planning and scheduling.</li><li>Provide technical advice and solve on-site problems.</li><li>Ensuring the implementation of health &amp; safety procedures, policies, and legislation.</li><li>Manage materials scheduling and budgeting.</li></ul>Requirements for the position:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.</li><li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Cyprus contracts.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCad, and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.</li><li>Team player with leadership abilities.</li></ul>What do we offer?<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Provision of 13th salary.</li><li>Career perspectives within a fast-growing business environment.</li><li>Training opportunities and experience in challenging projects.</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:justify;">All interested Candidates are kindly invited to apply&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/60?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">here</a>&nbsp;by submitting their application.</h3>
