Currently, bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team, and we are looking&nbsp;for an Office&nbsp;Quantity Surveyor&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Construction Department&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Limassol&nbsp;office.&nbsp;Tasks and responsibilities:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required.</li><li>Preparation of remeasurements of Contract Works from Architect/ Structural drawings (AutoCad).</li><li>Site visits for actual measurements when needed.</li><li>Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works.</li><li>Allocating work to subcontractors.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Bachelor's Degree in&nbsp;Quantity Surveying&nbsp;/ Civil Engineering.</li><li>Proven work experience at least&nbsp;2&nbsp;years.</li><li>Native&nbsp;Greek.
