Key Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li class="Default">Process payments and oversee financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and chargebacks.</li><li class="Default">Collaborate closely with the payments team to resolve complex transaction issues and enhance workflows</li><li class="Default">Maintaining records, reconciling accounts,&nbsp;</li><li class="Default">Working closely with the accounting department and cost/revenue controllers,&nbsp;</li><li class="Default">Manage and oversee all supply chain and payment processes within the organization.&nbsp;</li><li class="Default">Identify and implement improvements to existing operational processes for increased efficiency in the supply chain</li><li class="Default">Collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.</li><li class="Default">Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.</li></ul><o:p> </o:p>Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:72px;"><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in the Payments industry.</li><li>Understanding of back office and payments operations, including client lifecycle management and financial transaction processing.</li><li>Experience collaborating with payments teams and handling chargebacks and refunds.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in using back-office systems and tools (CRM, payment gateways, etc.).</li><li>The candidate should be fluent in English Language</li></ul>
