Interior Designers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px;"><li>Arranging meetings with clients for interior design of properties</li><li>Coordination and inspection of Company’s projects</li><li>Coordination and dealing with Company’s clients requests</li><li>Prepare letters/applications where necessary</li><li>Sending Fax and E-mails</li><li>Going out from the office for outside office work when needed</li><li>Other clerical duties when required</li><li>Provide various pre design services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing;&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' and market needs.</li><li>Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;</li><li>Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances;&nbsp;</li><li>Make necessary changes throughout the planning process;</li><li>Supervision of projects from A-Z.&nbsp;</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px;"><li>A College Degree/University Degree is required;</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory;</li><li>Must be willing to be trained;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of AutoCad;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills);</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).</li></ul>&nbsp;PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px;"><li>Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person.</li><li>Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and within time limits.</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, honesty.</li></ul>&nbsp;REMUNERATION:A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.Interested applicants should email their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@africanosproperties.com">info@africanosproperties.com</a>&nbsp;quoting “Position of Interior Designer” on the subject.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.&nbsp; Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
