Teachers 

Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken and written English.</li><li>Knowledge of Jolly Phonics methodology is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Cambridge examinations is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and deliver well-structured English language lessons that align with the institute's curriculum and learning objectives.</li><li>Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to foster a positive learning experience for all students.</li><li>Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and materials to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.</li><li>Assess and evaluate students' language skills regularly to monitor their progress and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Identify individual learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly to facilitate student development.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, performance, and other relevant information.</li><li>Communicate effectively with students' parents to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.&nbsp;</li></ul>Skills and Competences:<ul><li>Strong command of the English language and an in-depth understanding of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills to plan lessons effectively and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including virtual classrooms and educational software.&nbsp;</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed in their language learning journey.</li><li>Flexibility in working hours, as some evening sessions may be required.&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefit package:&nbsp;<ul><li>A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be provided. </li><li>Annual leave and public holiday allowances to ensure a healthy work-life balance.</li><li>Opportunities for continuous professional development, workshops, and training to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies.</li><li>A positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.&nbsp;</li></ul>Closing Date for application: Wednesday, 19 March 2025<ul><li>Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on students' language proficiency and overall development.
