<h2>What to expect of your role:</h2><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.</p><h2>You will be expected to:</h2><ul><li>Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL);</li><li>Development and optimization of reports and dashboards;</li><li>Creation and maintenance of business analytical models;</li><li>Analysis of business user requirements and translation into technical specifications;</li><li>Development and optimization of SQL queries for data extraction;</li><li>Working with various data sources for analysis and visualization;</li><li>Ensuring data integrity and quality through regular checks;</li><li>Collaboration with business users to understand their reporting and analytical needs;</li><li>Creation of dashboards and reports for data visualization;</li><li>Participation in the development and optimization of data-driven business processes;</li><li>Support and maintenance of business analytical systems and tools;</li><li>Data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and issues;</li><li>Optimization of data collection, processing, and analysis processes;</li><li>Research into new technologies and methods to improve data analytics processes;</li><li>Collaboration with other departments to identify data analytics needs and develop appropriate solutions.</li></ul><h2>What you need to succeed in this role:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline;</li><li>1+ years of work experience as a BI Developer;</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills;</li><li>Experience using statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, Excel etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;</li><li>Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc; Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI);</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Data-oriented personality;</li><li>A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.</li></ul><h2><strong>About our corporate culture:</strong></h2><p>As an international team, we are motivated by the freedom to do our best work.
