VIES).</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Excellent knowledge of Payroll Software (handling and Preparation) as well as Social Insurance regulations as well as PAYE issues is a must.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Arranges Cash payments as required.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Approves commission payments.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Liaises with other departments for clarifications/improvements/problem solving.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Identifies and corrects any mistakes identified in the Accounting Processes.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Ensures adequate checks and controls are maintained to ensure quality and consistency of bookkeeping followed within accounting department.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Ensures that adequate documentary evidence is available in support of bookkeeping entries as well as for the purposes of audit by external auditors and in compliance with legal requirements.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Ensures timely completion of month-end and year-end procedures within accounting department in accordance with Board of Directors guidelines.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Provides accounts and cost analyses as required by Board Of Directors and management.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Maintains adequate systems and procedures for timely preparation and dispatch of customer invoices.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Maintains adequate systems and procedures for timely processing of supplier invoices.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Maintains adequate accounting systems and procedures for effective and timely budget monitoring.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Prepares various reports regarding processing of supplier invoices and informs responsible departments, as part of the follow up for outstanding invoices not processed.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Liaises with and responds to information requests regarding accounting and taxation matters as required by customers, suppliers and government authorities.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Ensures implementation of the Management System in the area of the responsibilities.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">Implements the Company’s Management System and makes suggestions for improvements.</li></ul><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:11pt;font-style:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;line-height:normal;margin:5pt 0cm;orphans:auto;text-align:justify;text-decoration:none;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;widows:auto;word-spacing:0px;">&nbsp;<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:11pt;font-style:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;line-height:normal;margin:5pt 0cm;orphans:auto;text-align:justify;text-decoration:none;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;widows:auto;word-spacing:0px;">&nbsp;<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:11pt;font-style:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;line-height:normal;margin:5pt 0cm;orphans:auto;text-align:start;text-decoration:none;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;widows:auto;word-spacing:0px;">Required Qualification / Competencies:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:5.0pt;margin-top:5.0pt;">University Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or other Business or Finance related subject – Applications based on Experience &amp;
