Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented E-Commerce &amp; Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce and marketing. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our online marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with various team members to implement strategies that optimize the overall performance of our online business.Main Duties and Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Track key e-commerce metrics and generate detailed reports on sales performance and competitor pricing analysis.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Provide monthly, weekly, and daily reports on e-commerce performance with actionable insights.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Upload rates and contracts, working closely with all associates to optimize sales.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Provide regular updates to the Top Management Team on KPIs, sales performance, and customer feedback.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Participate in strategy meetings to plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize paid campaigns and promotions based on performance insights and develop digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Support online marketing activities including promotional newsletters, social media campaigns, and paid ads.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitor and update room availability across various channels and perform yield tests to maximize occupancy and profitability.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Analyse market trends and prepare forecast reports to manage room demand during peak and off-peak periods.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Analyse customer feedback and competitor activities to identify new promotional opportunities, regularly assess sales trends, and uncover opportunities for growth.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Update and maintain accurate, compelling content, images, and information across all online platforms.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Implement SEO best practices to optimize product listings for enhanced search visibility.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Perform basic website updates and collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site performance, functionality, and user experience.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic and identify key trends.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in creating loyalty programs or strategies aimed at retaining existing customers and encouraging repeat business.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Engage with customers via social media, email, or other channels to promote engagement.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">University degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, specifically within the hotel industry, and familiarity with e-commerce hospitality platforms.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in computer software, data analysis tools, and social media platforms;
