Duties/Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Point-of-Sale systems and software, hardware, and connectivity (online and offline)</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Handle support inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, addressing transaction problems, connectivity issues, and reporting queries</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Guide users through troubleshooting steps, which may involve diagnostic tools, verbal instructions or on-site visits&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Collaborates with programmers to resolve complex issues, integrations with Point-of-Sale systems and software&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Provide training to support agents and external support partners</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Manage inventory of equipment and parts</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Perform additional duties as needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, or in any other related field</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Prior experience as a tech with hardware will be considered an advantage&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;">Fluent Greek and English Language</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Interested applicants should apply to the following link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ffi.sh/Tcr8z">https://ffi.sh/Tcr8z</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
