We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Waiter/Waitress to oversee the front-of-house operations at our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.Key Responsibilities:<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the waitstaff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Schedule shifts, assign duties, and ensure that the team is well-prepared and motivated.</li><li>Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Ensure that all staff members deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Coordination with Kitchen &amp; Bar: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality presentation of dishes and drinks. Conduct final checks on orders to verify they meet our restaurant's standards before being served to guests.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Monitor the presentation and quality of food and beverages, ensuring that they align with our restaurant's high standards. Address any issues immediately and work with the kitchen and bar staff to resolve them.</li><li>Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the front-of-house staff and management, relaying important information and feedback. Ensure smooth communication during service, especially during peak times.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Train new staff members on service protocols, menu items, and customer interaction.
