<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Engage with new leads and customers and handle client registrations.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensure the application of KYC procedures of the firm.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Oversee compliance processes and apply quality controls.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely client service.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Handling of the client account and processing payments.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Manage corporate duties with the Registrar of Companies.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensure compliance with AML and GDPR regulations.</li></ul>

Main Duties:

<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">2+ years of experience in corporate services and procedures.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficient in MS Office Suite.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Fluency in English and Greek with strong communication skills.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">High professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong customer relationship management abilities.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to work remotely if needed.</li></ul>
