<p><span style="font-size:10pt;">Iacovou Group, one of the most reputable and established Construction Groups in Cyprus and Abroad, seeks to recruit an experienced and high caliber professional for the position of Site Engineer.</span></p><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></div><ul><li><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Assists in the execution of the project as per the planned construction program</span></div></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Awareness of contract documents, coding, standards and specifications of construction</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Assists in the preparation of the daily and monthly progress reports</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Closely coordinates progress of works in line with the work schedule</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Organizes the site activities between the client stakeholders, the project consultants and the project team members, including the site foreman, land and quantity surveyors, operators and workers following the directions of the Project Engineer</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Ensures smooth operations of the site at all times</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Assists in the preparation of work schedules and enquiries for the procurement of materials and subcontracts</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Responsible for the daily site works supervision</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Carries out material reconciliations and monitors material stocks</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Prepares and submits for approval to the Project Engineer all project related outgoing correspondence to clients / project consultants / engineers and other relevant third parties</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Responsible of the Waste Management according to the quality controls and health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Assists in the preparation of Quality, Health, Safety, Security and the Environment Management Plan (QHSSE)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Keeps records and monitors daily productions</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Liable for plant, material and labour supplies</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Updates the Site Safety File</span></li></ul><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;"><strong><u>General Requirements:</u></strong></span></div><ul style="text-align:justify;"><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Previous experience with at least 3 years of experience either in Building or Civil Projects</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Good knowledge of planning software such as Primavera and/or MS Project Planning and organisation skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Project management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Analytical and numerical skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Problem solving and decision-making skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Civil Engineering specific knowledge</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Organisational and multi-tasking skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;">Very good knowledge of Greek and English language</span></li></ul><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.</span></div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.</span></div><div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;"><strong>Please&nbsp;email your cv at&nbsp;</strong></span><a href="mailto:recruitment@iacovougroup.com"><span style="font-size:10pt;"><strong>recruitment@iacovougroup.com</strong></span></a><span style="font-size:10pt;"><strong>&nbsp;until the 21st April 2025.</strong></span></div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.</span></div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.</span></div>
