Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.</li><li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.</li><li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.</li><li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).</li><li>Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.</li><li>Arrange travel and accommodations relevant to business trips. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Result driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.</li><li>Ability to work with a team.</li><li>Comfortable multitasking and prioritising tasks without guidance.</li><li>Time management expertise to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner throughout the day.</li><li>Organisational skills to keep an accurate record of documentation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.</li><li>Proficient technology usage skills.</li><li>Honest and ethical team player.</li><li>Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Computer knowledge such as powerpoint, database and spreadsheets is required.</li></ul>What you will get in return:<ul><li>Competitive Salary:&nbsp;We believe great work deserves great pay!
