As a family-oriented company, we foster a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team members can thrive both professionally and personally.&nbsp;We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated audit professional to join our team on a full-time basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Description:As an Audit Assistant Manager at FSMO, you will assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and value-added services. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to further their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li dir="ltr">Supervise and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.</li><li dir="ltr">Assist in the management of client relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring service delivery.</li><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement in audit processes.</li><li dir="ltr">Involvement in client acceptance procedures and preparation of the proper KYC file in relevant software.</li><li dir="ltr">Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.</li><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and assist in implementing solutions.</li><li dir="ltr">Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements/Skills:<ul><li dir="ltr">ACCA/ACA qualification or attending the final stages of the qualification.</li><li dir="ltr">A minimum of 3-4 years of proven audit experience is essential.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong working knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs.</li><li dir="ltr">Working experience in Caseware tool and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li dir="ltr">Fluency in both the Greek and English Languages.</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.</li><li dir="ltr">High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong ethical and professional conduct.</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work independently and to work towards meeting deadlines.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:An attractive remuneration package and continuous development and training will be offered depending on experience and qualifications.&nbsp;Application Process:&nbsp;If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging role in a dynamic financial services company, we would love to hear from you.&nbsp;&nbsp;To apply, please send your resume to <a href="mailto:info@fsmocy.com">info@fsmocy.com</a>.&nbsp;Please include "Assistant Manager Application" in the subject line of your email.
