As a Junior Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters and gain valuable hands-on experience.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Conduct legal research and analysis and utilize legal tools such as Cylaw, Practical Law, Westlaw and legal textbooks.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Review and understand case materials and documents, make summaries of cases, prepare documents/exhibits for filing.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing all types of legal documents (contracts, agreements, applications, pleadings, affidavits, written statements, legal memos, etc).</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Handling judicial and extrajudicial cases.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Conducting hearings for civil and criminal cases.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Attend court proceedings at all levels.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Communicate effectively and coordinate with clients, adversaries, colleagues, banks, insurance companies, credit agencies, public authorities, and private entities.&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Manage administrative tasks related to cases.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a University.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">LL.M.
