We are looking to hire a talented Technical Support Engineer for our Security &amp; Smart Home Division.The position involves providing technical support to our B2B customers for the Security &amp; Smart Home products distributed by the company in the Cyprus market. Some of the major brands are: Dahua, Ajax Security, Sonoff, Reolink, Woox etc&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Provide technical support and service by phone, email or in person to customers for the products concerned</li><li>Regularly update your knowledge about the products offered by the company and the relevant technologies involved</li><li>Provide before sales advice to customers and assist with the selection and planning of solutions for small and medium size projects</li><li>Provide after sales support for products and be involved in the process of the repair and/or programming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers</li></ul>Required Skills<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Good knowledge of networks and networking equipment</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul>Job Information<ul><li>Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm</li><li>Basic Salary + Monthly Team Bonus + Monthly Commission based on department sales + Yearly bonus based on achieving yearly targets of department</li><li>Gain experience and expand knowledge by regular training provided by company’s vendors or third-party organisations</li><li>Pleasant working environment</li><li>Yearly holidays: 22 days</li></ul>
