Compliance and Banking Officer&nbsp;Requirements and experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree preferably in relevant subject is preferable (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law);</li><li>Strong&nbsp;Knowledge of AML laws, regulations and procedures;</li><li>Familiarity with KYC procedures </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/compliance and/or banking (bank account opening/closing, management of bank accounts);</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek is a must;</li><li>Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications;</li><li>Excellent Communication skills;</li><li>Service oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and team spirit;</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills;</li><li>Support the team with matters relating to banking, AML/KYC policies and procedures;</li></ul>&nbsp;Description of responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring.</li><li>Investigate suspicious activities and escalate potential risks or breaches.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance.</li><li>Opening of client bank and EMI’s accounts and communication with all banks whether in Cyprus or abroad.</li><li>Monitoring and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of bank transactions.</li></ul>&nbsp;
