What to expect of your role:Our legal department is expanding, and we are in search of a Middle Legal Counsel to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing legal and compliance aspects related to the company's business activities.You will be expected to:<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents;</li><li>Conducting research and analysis of legislation across various jurisdictions on a range of legal matters;</li><li>Manage gaming license applications, renewals, and ensure adherence to jurisdictional regulations;</li><li>Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, including conducting risk assessments, overseeing KYC processes, and ensuring smooth compliance checks with banks and service providers;</li><li>Research and analyze legal risks related to the gambling industry, providing recommendations to mitigate potential regulatory and compliance issues;</li><li>Facilitate communication with business partners, regulatory bodies, law firms, and other stakeholders to protect and represent the company’s legal interests;</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and compliance training to ensure company-wide adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>What you need to succeed in this role:<ul><li>Master degree in Law;</li><li>Fluent English;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in the gambling industry (mandatory);</li><li>Practical experience in obtaining and maintaining gaming licenses;</li><li>Strong knowledge and practical experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.</li></ul>&nbsp;About our corporate culture:As an international team, we are motivated by the freedom to do our best work.
