Sales Managers

The Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting Limassol &amp; Paphos pharmacies, building relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our OTC portfolio, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.<ul><li>As a Sales Representative you will: Regularly visit pharmacies within the designated territory to present and promote the company’s products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and other decision-makers and to ensure the availability of products. Provide product knowledge, address inquiries, offer solutions tailored to the customer’s needs and secure orders&nbsp; Identify new business opportunities and actively seek to onboard new pharmacies or expand product offerings with existing customers. Plan and execute a daily route schedule to maximize territory coverage and sales potential. Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory and ensuring timely replenishment. Ensure proper placement and visibility of the company’s products on pharmacy shelves according to merchandising guidelines. Educate pharmacy staff on product benefits, indications, and proper usage to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customers interactions, pharmacies’ visits and inventory in the CRM system. Adhere to all industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies during promotional and sales activities.</li><li>What you will bring: Medical Representative Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field&nbsp; At least 3 years of experience in the health sector ideally as a Sales Representative for pharmacies Excellent knowledge of English language&nbsp; Experience in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Understanding of pharmacy operations and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
