We are a leading air cargo company, providing cargo GSA services to airlines operating in Cyprus and cargo transportation solutions to cargo agents and freight forwarders. We are seeking to recruit for immediate employment a junior cargo specialist to join our team in Nicosia, preferably with a background in cargo sales and/or cargo handling and/or freight forwarding. The selected candidate will receive training on our cargo operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Cargo sales, bookings and operations</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Providing sales support and customer service</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Documentation and billing&nbsp;</li></ul>The selected candidate must possess the following skills:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word and ability to learn and work with cargo systems</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Responsible, reliable and trustworthy</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Understanding of exports and air cargo operations</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Bachelor’s degree in a related field&nbsp;</li></ul>We also welcome applications from inexperienced but enthusiastic persons interested to pursue a career in air cargo.&nbsp;Please send your CV and a cover letter to <a href="mailto:mnicolaou@amathus.com">mnicolaou@amathus.com</a>&nbsp;
