If you’ve been searching for an opportunity that will put you on the fast track to career success, you’ve just found it.&nbsp;Finspec Services Ltd&nbsp;has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an&nbsp;Accounts Payable Officer&nbsp;on-site role in Limassol.&nbsp;The successful candidate will communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments, update and obtain vendor payment information to update the records.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Role:<ul><li>Communication with vendors in reference to purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate payment to all vendors.</li><li>Communication with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.</li><li>Obtain and update vendor payment information in the company system.</li><li>Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.</li><li>Ensure that invoice data are collected and processed in a confidential and timely manner.</li><li>Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.</li><li>Maintaining historical records.</li><li>Paying vendors by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.</li><li>Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.</li><li>Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.</li><li>Continuing to improve the payment process.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Familiarity with basic accounting and accounts payable principles.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.</li><li>A BSc/BA/Diploma in accounting or a relevant field will be considered an advantage but not a must.</li><li>Previous experience in online banking systems will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Annual Salary based on qualifications and skills:&nbsp;Circa 14,400€ - 16,800€.</li><li>Growth Opportunities:&nbsp;We’re committed to your career development.
