We are looking to recruit a Senior Audit Manager for our offices in Larnaca.&nbsp;Job Description:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Manage a portfolio of clients.</li><li>Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.</li><li>Understand skillsets and capabilities of more junior members of the team, monitor and review their performance while articulating coaching notes throughout the process.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure professional development through ongoing education.</li><li>Carry out audit engagements on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients and preparation of financial statements under IFRS.</li><li>Provide training, coaching and support to more junior members of the team.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead, inspire and motivate the audit team</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">University Degree with 2:1 or higher preferably with an accounting/economics background</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Holder of a related professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/ACA)</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the Audit department&nbsp;</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent knowledge of CaseWare Financial Statements template</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience of coaching, supervising and managing staff members</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience in IFRS and ISAs</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
