Infocredit SPV Limited, a company responsible for providing the Claims Management Services for the Cyprus General Healthcare System (GHS), is interested to recruit individuals &nbsp;&nbsp;for the position of Junior Claims Agent.&nbsp;Appropriate candidates should be able to review and process medical electronic claims within the established turn-around time and quality standards of the department.&nbsp;Claim Agent&nbsp;Job Description:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:47.27px;"><li>Methodically evaluates according to the action plan of managing medical claims to their most cost-effective way.</li><li>Gathers facts by searching the system and considers all the elements of the claim prior to issuing a decision.</li><li>Decides the outcome of claims using sound judgment and applying established policy, procedures, regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Consults with more experienced Agent, Team Leader or technical support staff as needed.</li><li>Escalate the claim to the Team Leader if the claim becomes more complex or presents increasing financial exposure.</li><li>Presents claims processing results and participates in discussion at team staffing.&nbsp;</li></ul>Claim&nbsp;Agent Qualifications and&nbsp;Skills:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:0px;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Bachelor’s Degree from healthcare oriented and accredited college or university will be preferred (e.g. Biology, Radiology, Health Visitors, Nursing and/or Midwifery)</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Preferred experience in medical claims processing.&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to understand and learn medical terminology and processes.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent knowledge of &nbsp;Greek language&nbsp;</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Good &nbsp;knowledge &nbsp;of English language</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Flexible to work independently or with a team</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Positive attitude when confronted to change</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Attention to details and an observant of protocol and internal standard</li></ul>If you are interested, please forward your cover letter and CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@infocreditspv.com">hr@infocreditspv.com</a>, quoting the position you are applying for.
