Main Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Welcome guests, complete check-in and check outs during the night shift.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and events.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle phone calls and proceed with reservations when needed.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to guest complaints, issues, or emergencies, and find solutions to meet and exceed their&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; needs.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage all front desk activities.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep accurate records and reports of the day's activities.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform hotel security checks and monitor the hotel's alarm systems.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate with other staff members regarding guest requests and hotel operations.&nbsp;Job Requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school graduate or holder of an equivalent diploma. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of three years’ experience in hotel reception in a 4* or 5* hotel. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of any other&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;languages will be considered an advantage. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong guest service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and provide a positive&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;guest experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexibility in working weekends and holidays. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications: Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: &nbsp;vacancies@louishotels.com &nbsp;with the subjected title of the position, no later than May 10th 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence*** &nbsp;
