We provide a positive and motivating environment designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow.&nbsp;About&nbsp;International Compliance and Advisory Services (iCAS) DepartmentThe International Compliance and Advisory Services (iCAS) Department offers a diverse range of professional services, including:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:18.93px;"><li>International Licensing &amp; Authorization&nbsp;</li><li>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Advisory&nbsp;</li><li>Risk Management&nbsp;</li><li>Internal Audit</li><li>Valuations</li></ul>&nbsp;As an International Compliance and Advisory Services (iCAS) Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ financial stability, compliance, and strategic decision-making through these services.&nbsp;What we are looking for:&nbsp;&nbsp;Entry Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:37.8px;"><li>BSc in Economics, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable university&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in Greek &amp; English (written and spoken)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong report writing skills</li><li>IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word &amp; Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset&nbsp;</li></ul>Special Considerations (to be considered as an advantage):&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:37.8px;"><li>MSc in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Law etc.)</li><li>CySEC Certifications such (i.e. Basic, Advanced or AML Examination)</li><li>1-2 years of relevant working experience</li></ul>&nbsp;What to Expect in your Role:&nbsp;Depending on your knowledge, experience, and skills, you will provide support in areas such as:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:18.93px;"><li>International Licensing &amp; Authorization: Provide consultancy support to regulated entities (e.g., Investment Firms, EMIs, PSPs, Funds, Gaming Licensees) throughout the licensing process, ensuring a strong understanding of business setup and effective communication with regulatory authorities (e.g., CySEC, CBC, FCA, MGA, MFSA, FSC).</li><li>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Advisory: Assist clients in navigating legal and regulatory requirements by offering advisory services, including drafting policies, responding to regulatory inquiries, conducting compliance audits, and engaging with regulators and key stakeholders.</li><li>Risk Management: Collaborate with clients to analyze, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.&nbsp;</li><li>Internal Audit: Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of clients’ internal controls, risk management, and operational processes. Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>Valuations: Perform valuations of assets, businesses, and investments to support clients' financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
