Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Head of Accounting to manage all aspects of our financial transactions and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Head of Accounting will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Conduct regular audits of financial procedures and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">ACCA certification preferred, however we are also open to considering an advanced book-keeper.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Minimum of 4 plus years of experience in accounting or finance roles.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in accounting software (Netsuite preferred but not mandatory) and advanced Microsoft Excel.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, professional level of English spoken and written.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us:At&nbsp;Naxex Invest&nbsp;Ltd, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to grow and succeed.
