&nbsp;Role Overview:As a Vessel Communication Assistant, you will support and coordinate effective communication between our vessels and shore-based operations. You will ensure timely, accurate information transfer and maintain meticulous communication records.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:Monitor and facilitate daily communications between vessels and shore operations.<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Accurately record and log all communications and operational data.</li><li>Provide administrative and technical support for communication equipment and systems.</li><li>Assist with coordination and scheduling of vessel operations and crew assignments.</li><li>Act promptly in handling emergency communication and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Skills:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>BSc on Computer Science or related.</li><li>Windows, Windows Server, Basic networking knowledge, Microsoft office</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in IT and communications technology.</li><li>Previous experience in maritime communication or relevant administrative positions preferred.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and independently when required.</li><li>Calm under pressure, reliable, and detail focused.</li><li>English Language</li></ul>
