This role is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including EMR and CASS guidelines, while optimizing reconciliation processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Safeguarding Team to address client queries effectively.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesClient Fund Reconciliation:<ul><li>Reconcile all client funds held in multiple commercial banks and the Central Bank of Lithuania in accordance with EMR and CASS guidelines.</li><li>Conduct both internal and external reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, maintaining accurate financial records.</li><li>Ensure that reconciliation processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.</li></ul>Safeguarding and Compliance Oversight:<ul><li>Oversee the Safeguarding Reconciliation Team to ensure timely and accurate daily reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor global safeguarding compliance daily and develop enhancements to calculation and reporting methodologies to meet regulatory needs.</li><li>Manage escalations, management information, and project updates to senior management and committees, including tracking remediation actions and project plans.</li><li>Develop and enhance safeguarding processes and controls with treasury teams to ensure compliance with policies and support audit requirements.</li><li>Contribute to embedding the safeguarding framework and associated policies across the organization.</li></ul>Foreign Exchange (FX) Exposure Management:<ul><li>Work with banks and FX providers to optimize currency conversion processes and rates.</li></ul>Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>Work closely with the Safeguarding Team to address client queries related to reconciliations and fund movements.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely reconciliation reports.</li><li>Partner with other ISX Financial EU PLC teams to streamline reconciliation workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support new product projects.</li><li>Develop documentation of policies and procedures to standardize practices.</li><li>Provide Safeguarding Training in line with EMR and CASS Guidelines</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure that all reconciliations are performed in line with regulatory guidelines, including EMR and CASS.</li><li>Maintain detailed records to support compliance reporting and audits.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management on reconciliation status and compliance metrics.</li><li>Responsible for the client funds and safeguarding elements of the Monthly Regulatory Reporting (Central Bank of Cyprus Appendix A, Statistical Reporting)</li><li>Lead Annual Safeguarding Audits</li><li>Undertake Banking Partners Annual Reviews.</li></ul>Performance Monitoring and Reporting:<ul><li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reconciliation accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly management reporting packs, including insightful commentary on reconciliation outcomes.</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to ISX Financial EU PLC’s reconciliation standards, processes, and systems.</li><li>Support reconciliation leadership with ad-hoc tasks and regular critical metric dashboards.</li></ul>Strategic Initiatives:<ul><li>Lead ISX Financial EU PLC’s strategic global expansion and regulatory initiatives within the treasury space.</li><li>Partner with other teams to develop and implement automation initiatives to enhance reconciliation processes.</li><li>Manage and lead a team of professionals.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp;
