Our success is driven by a team of more than 170 dedicated and talented professionals who share a passion for design, quality, and innovation.As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in Nicosia in the position of:&nbsp;HR Executive&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;"><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding</li><li>Administer the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires</li><li>Oversee the employee performance appraisal system</li><li>Design the annual training plan and coordinate employee training programs</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals</li><li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records</li><li>Liaise with the payroll department on matters related to employee compensation</li><li>Organize internal events and employee engagement activities</li><li>Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions and practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;"><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role</li><li>Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information</li><li>Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)&nbsp;</li></ul>If you are passionate about HR and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!&nbsp;Send us your CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@ergohomegroup.com">careers@ergohomegroup.com</a> with the reference title “HR Executive”.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
