Duties and Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew.</li><li>Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue.</li><li>Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&amp;B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.</li><li>Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.</li><li>Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.</li><li>Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.</li></ul>Qualification and Experience:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position</li><li>Working knowledge of event scheduling methods &amp; planning</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language</li><li>Excellent communication&nbsp;and leadership skills</li><li>Positive, engaging personality</li><li>Professional appearance &amp; attitude</li></ul>Benefits:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Accommodation &amp; meals provided</li><li>Discount on company’s products and services</li><li>Learning, development and growth opportunities</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@goldencoast.com.cy">hr@goldencoast.com.cy</a>
