Job Description: Michaels Automotive Ltd (Ford Cyprus) is currently seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ford vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Promote and sell Ford vehicles to potential customers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle models, features, and pricing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay updated on the latest industry trends, Ford vehicle models, and competitive offerings.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.&nbsp;Qualifications:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in sales (in the automotive industry) will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree or diploma in Business or Marketing (or a related field) will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; General computer literacy.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid driver's license is mandatory.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in English and Greek is required (verbal &amp; written).&nbsp;Skills and Traits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong product knowledge, particularly in Ford vehicles.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective communication and presentation skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industryWorking hours:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 08:00 am – 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Wednesday: 08:00 am – 1:00 pm·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Saturday: 09:00 am – 1:00 pm&nbsp;Benefits:§&nbsp; 13th Salary§&nbsp; Competitive salary and commission structure.&nbsp;If you are passionate about the automotive industry and possess the required skills and traits, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
