Main Operational responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets</li><li>Maintain good relations with LGL's Customers and agents ,seek their feedback for continuous improvement</li><li>Respond customers inquiries and submit quotations.</li><li>Liaise with third parties to move goods by sea/air according to customers’ requirements.</li><li>Follow up on quotation until closing of deal and report the reason for the loss of any contract/job.</li><li>Arrange bookings for freight shipments from A to Z</li><li>Update client on regular basis on their shipments’ status.</li><li>Meeting monthly targets set by management.</li><li>Negotiate rates and charges with LGL's clients, agents and principals to ensure approval of concerned parties</li><li>Solve day to day problems and request management involvement where needed.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight through Sea </li><li>Perform other related activities as requested by Direct Manager</li></ul>&nbsp;Feel free to share your cv at <a href="mailto:tsiakkirou.panayiota@dbslevantlogistics.com">tsiakkirou.panayiota@dbslevantlogistics.com</a> or call us for more information at 22428444
