Office Administrator

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.</li><li>Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.</li><li>Create and update records ensuring completeness, accuracy and validity of information.</li><li>Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary.</li><li>Make travel arrangements for office personnel.</li><li>Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.</li><li>Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.</li><li>Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating training sessions.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.</li><li>Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.</li><li>Provide support to human resources operations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Secretary, or similar administrative role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li><li>Must be a quick learner and able to handle/understand multiple business procedures</li><li>Diploma or University degree in a relevant field</li><li>Self-motivated and Strong team player</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>&nbsp;The following skills will be considered as advantages:<ul><li>Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration:&nbsp;-Competitive salary, private medical insurance, provident fund, and other benefits depending on qualifications and experience.-In-house and external training will be offered.-Only people able to work in Cyprus with no visa will be considered-Job applications to be send to careers@signalgenerix.com&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
