Key Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the CCO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; arrangements. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports, and projects as required. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and participate in special projects and initiatives led by the CCO. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain an organized filing system and electronic document management. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the team with administrative tasks. Qualifications: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Secretary or similar role, preferably supporting senior&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Managers. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to problem-solving. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in Hospitality environment is considered an asset. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.&nbsp;Applications: Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: &nbsp;vacancies@louishotels.com, mentioning the title of the position no later than May 20th , 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***&nbsp;
