On behalf of our client, a&nbsp;leading International Group of Companies, we are seeking a driven and ambitious&nbsp;Engineering&nbsp;Business Analyst&nbsp;to join the team based at their headquarters in&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Engineering Business Analyst – Ref. (5904/EBA/ESS/CY)&nbsp; Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in line with project requirements.</li><li>Perform comprehensive research and analysis to support engineering initiatives and optimize performance.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of project milestones and deliverables.</li><li>Drive process improvements and maintain rigorous standards for engineering workflows.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.</li><li>Actively participate in project meetings, offering insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.</li><li>Engage in new business development projects by applying engineering principles to identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;​​​​<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering &nbsp;or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an Engineering role or &nbsp;Business Analyst/ Technical Analysis role.</li><li>Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to develop detailed spreadsheets, create professional presentations, and draft comprehensive reports.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen ability to solve complex technical problems.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proven track record of working effectively in team environments, particularly under tight deadlines and pressure.</li><li>Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project goals.</li><li>Familiarity with economic principles is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.</li><li>Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.</li><li>High level of integrity and professional conduct.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17458499208680037257Xbh?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>&nbsp;
