The Company:We, Totalpro Services Ltd, an Administrative Service Provider based in Nicosia, licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, offering a wide range of services to our clients, since 2008.&nbsp;Vacancy: Junior Corporate Administrator&nbsp;Role description:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Registration of companies in Cyprus and other foreign jurisdictions.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dealing with general company administration tasks-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation and filing of documents with the relevant authorities-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintenance of secretarial files and statutory records of the companies-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicating with clients and handling their corporate administration affairs and requests-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist the Compliance Officer of the company with KYC due diligence to comply with the firm’s procedures and the relevant law and regulations-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintenance of internal database / EBOS software-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assistance with banking tasks (i.e. bank account openings)-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities that may be deemed necessary by the management&nbsp;Qualifications:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1-2 years of working experience in the corporate service environment or equivalent.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of EBOS software or other equivalent software will be considered as advantage.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Computer literate-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in both Greek and English languages (written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian language could be considered an advantage.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work on own initiative and with excellent organisational skills.&nbsp;Salary: 1000 – 1400 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
