Positive is a multidisciplinary group of companies offering professional services to businesses, governments, non-governmental organizations and non-profits around the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;We have been retained by an international Group with local presence and operations, a traditional, yet innovative group based in Germany, with a longstanding, 100-year reputation in the maritime industry to identify&nbsp;a dynamic and dedicated individual to join its Cyprus team to manage and develop the customer base in the maritime sector, focusing on Cypriot and Greek clients. The Group specializes in ship supply, catering and provision of technical services worldwide.&nbsp;The RoleIn this role, you&nbsp;you will undertake Customer Relations and Key Account Management to oversee the Cypriot and Greek maritime clients of the Group, ensuring top-notch service delivery in the Group's &nbsp;managed services such as catering and technical catering. The ideal candidate will have a background in the maritime industry, excellent customer service skills, a readiness to travel and&nbsp;will approach opportunities and targets with adequate research and understanding of their needs, presenting the Group’s services creatively to achieve effective closing.&nbsp;ResponsibilitiesThe following are the key responsibilities of the position:<ul><li>Manage and nurture relationships with existing Cypriot and Greek maritime clients.</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities in the maritime sector.</li><li>Promote and oversee the Group's managed services, particularly in catering and technical catering.</li><li>Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the Group's services.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with our teams in Cyprus and Germany to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Participate in the training program both in Cyprus and Germany.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in the maritime industry</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking ability.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently between Cyprus, Greek and Germany.</li><li>Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-centric approach.</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of German is a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Comprehensive training program in Cyprus and Germany.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading company in the maritime ship supply business.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are passionate about the maritime industry and have the skills to drive forward, we would love to hear from you.
