Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you.&nbsp;&nbsp; Purpose of Role/Summary: The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the Company’s Risk Management function by developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk management framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role ensures the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of all material financial, operational, and regulatory risks, while supporting strategic decision-making through risk mitigation advice.&nbsp; Main Activities and Responsibilities:&nbsp; &nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Lead the Risk Management function of the Company by planning, designing and implementing the overall risk management process and framework for the organization, as outlined in the Risk Management Policy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee and manage the financial, operational, and regulatory risks to ensure compliance with MiFID II and other applicable regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and deliver reporting obligations as required by the regulator, such as the Annual Risk Management Report, the IFR quarterly reporting, the Pillar 3 Report and the Risk-based Supervision Framework.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and review the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA), as well as continuous monitoring of capital adequacy and financial exposure of the Company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Identify, assess and monitor market risks (e.g., exposure to financial instruments, volatility, and pricing risks)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Advise management on ways to mitigate risks and improve processes and procedures as well as advising management and the Board on any new emerging risks and their impact on the Company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Define risk appetite, risk limits, and risk policies and ensure alignment with internal governance structures and board-level risk oversight·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Evaluate how the introduction of any potential new services or activities by the Company could affect the risk management of the Company· &nbsp; &nbsp;Any other duties relevant to the role &nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Risk Management, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, or Economics</li><li>Holder of CySEC Advanced AML Certificates is a MUST</li><li>2+ years of experience on a similar role</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and verbal.
