Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements on various platforms.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain a database of potential candidates and track the recruitment status for each position.</li><li>Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Facilitate employee offboarding, including exit interviews, and final payroll processing.</li><li>Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of payroll data for processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.</li><li>Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.</li><li>Keep up to date with changes in HR practices and legal requirements.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>21 annual leave days</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Daily free lunch</li><li>Corporate discounts</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to apply by sending their CVs to <a href="mailto:hr@gtsanosgroup.com.cy">hr@gtsanosgroup.com.cy</a>. &nbsp;
