About the positionOn behalf of our client, an international company in Hospitality &amp; Gaming Industry located in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit highly capable candidate for the position System Analyst&nbsp;to join their expanding team.&nbsp;&nbsp;The System Analyst has a wide breadth of technical skills and bridges the support and project gaps between infrastructure, IT application development staffs and corporate IT support teams.&nbsp;The System Analyst, reports to Senior Manager, IT Operations, and performs daily application support, new project implementation and life cycle management of System Operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Maintains and provides L2 shared services support for complex enterprise-based systems across all&nbsp; properties at various geographical locations• Proactively builds up new knowledgebase to provide fundamental technical guidance for L1 &amp; L1.5 support staffs to able to resolve the relevant incidents / requests as first calls resolution• Performs in-house technical training for L1, L1.5 support, and other IT staff as required• Learns business application knowledge in depth and suggests improvement if necessary• Supports key project deliverables and can work within defined project plan timelines• Participates in the identification and resolution of moderately complex application problems and procedures, suggesting solutions to identified problems&nbsp;• Responds to issues, questions and system related requests&nbsp;• Works with the system development team, attends end user training classes and/or presentations as required&nbsp;• Actively monitors and ensures service level agreement (SLA) is met• Able to be teamed up with other Support Specialists to perform IT systems support functions&nbsp;&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;Experience• 2 years of relevant IT enterprise system or support experience required• Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis• Experiences should include implementation and support of application systems• Experience in an environment of 24x7 large operations support is a plus&nbsp;Education<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek</li></ul>Skills / Competencies&nbsp;• Displays a high commitment to delivering results• Leads others to achieve business objectives• Communicates effectively• Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results• Displays the highest level of integrity• Ability to maintain discretion• Self-motivated• Approachable&nbsp;&nbsp;Company offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package according to qualifications and experience.</li><li>Free meals and beverages at the in-house cafeteria</li><li>An array of paid trainings will be offered</li><li>Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme (3%)&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;All CVs will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.&nbsp;To apply please send us your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@acenetworks.eu">vacancies@acenetworks.eu</a>&nbsp;quoting the position title.&nbsp;Only applicants whose previous experience and qualifications closely match the requirements of the position will be contacted.&nbsp;&nbsp;
