This role is essential in supporting the execution of our marketing strategy and driving our business growth. Working closely with the Marketing &amp; Communications Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate marketing operations, provide customer support, and coordinate events in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;The successful candidate will be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;You will be responsible for:Content Development &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Assisting in the development and distribution of internal and external corporate communications, ensuring all materials reflect Medicover Genetics’ tone and message</li><li>Coordinating and facilitating marketing activities, including the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Organizing and coordinating all aspects of events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal meetings, including logistics, vendor liaison, and promotional material preparation</li><li>Planning corporate events, workshops, webinars, and conferences, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and liaising with vendors and participants</li><li>Ensuring events reflect the company’s branding and messaging, delivering a seamless experience for all attendees</li></ul>Strategic Support<ul><li>Supporting the execution of the marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Marketing &amp; Communications Manager</li><li>Staying updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing and event coordination</li></ul>Operational Assistance<ul><li>Supporting marketing operations by maintaining organized records of activities, procedures, KPIs, and risks, ensuring effective cross-departmental communication and fostering operational transparency and compliance</li><li>Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using analytics tools to evaluate success and recommend improvements</li><li>Supporting the department in budget tracking and cost-effective execution of marketing activities</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams (graphics, scientific comms, sales, and others) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives</li><li>Maintaining a well-organized digital record of all marketing activities and findings</li></ul>Customer Support<ul><li>Delivering customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience</li><li>Managing the customer support ticketing system, ensuring that inquiries and requests are promptly routed to the appropriate teams and handled efficiently and on time</li><li>Liaising with external stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, customer support, or event coordination</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights</li><li>Creativity and commercial awareness</li><li>Proactive, independent, and driven by the challenge of contributing to the growth of a dynamic business</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek languages (written and spoken)</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing tools preferred, but not required</li></ul>What We offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications &amp; experience, including 13th salary</li><li>One Afternoon off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Increased vacation days according to years of employment</li><li>A growing, entrepreneurial work environment within an international team</li><li>A friendly and respectful departmental and working atmosphere, as well as an open communication culture and team events</li><li>Career development and advancement opportunities, including training opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;Medicover is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
